<p><strong>Cast Iron Cookware</strong> is very versatile as well as very economic cooking options when compared to the expensive copper or copper clad cookware. <p><strong>Le Creuset Cookware</strong> is created from enameled cast iron which has been in use since the middle ages. The factory that produces these fine cookware products is located in Fresnoy Le Grand in the North of France. 1952 saw the beginning of production for cast iron cookware by Le Creuset. The cast iron which is used in the cookware is made through hand casting molten cast iron in various sand molds, one of the most delicate stages of the production. Even today, in more modern times, after every casting the mold is completely destroyed and the cookware produced is then polished by hand. After which, it is scrutinized further for any imperfections. After passing the check, they are then sprayed with double layers of enamel coating and then fired after each coating.  The firing process, at 800 degrees Celsius, makes the enamel durable and hard creating a coating which protects the pan from damage.</p>

<p>? Clad aluminum or copper &#8211; a technique with a layer of heat conducting material that can fabricate pans, such as aluminum and copper. The assigned salesmen would encourage women in their respective homes to host a house party using <strong>Club Aluminum cookware</strong>, and then would hold the bill for the event as a path for the customers to try it. Unluckily, this kind of business scheme proved to require large expenditures enterprises that did not stand when the strike of the Great Depression happened. After few years, the company owner turned over the control of the whole company to a new leader, Herbert John Taylor. He left his previous job as the vice president of Jewel Tea Company and chose to be the president of the staggering Club Aluminum Company.</p>
<p>The recently acquired president appointed a code of ethics that soon became popularly known as The Four Way Test. The Four Way Test consists of four queries:</p>

<li>Is it the truth?</li>
<li>Is it fair to all      concerned?</li>
<li>Will it build goodwill and      better friendships?</li>
<li>Will it be beneficial to      all concerned?</li>
</ul>
<p>These 24 words were the codes which fixed the problems of Club Aluminum Company. As may other say, the Four Way Test could change every one&#8217;s lives. The test was also adopted by other business organizations all over the world.</p>
<p>Today, citizens could still purchase <strong>Club Aluminum cookware </strong>through bargainers on the internet, or find some in hand-me-down stores. Many pans and pots are still in good repair, which could still be used today in daily cooking. Meanwhile, the modern <strong>Club Aluminum cookware </strong>has midst, even bottoms that are non-stick finish on the inside part of the products.</p>
